Growing up in the coastal southern town of Gloucester, Virginia and following in her father’s footsteps as a Chef, Jennel’s natural affinity of the sea, sailing and food led her to a life of cooking on the open ocean. Jennel has prepared food for high-profile clients on prestigious sailing yachts such as SY Lola, SY Dance Smartly and SY Maltese Falcon. Jennel is available to travel to any exotic place in the world and can create delectable delicacies on the most remote French Polynesian island; cater an exclusive dinner party at the Grand Prix in Monaco; or create a healthy meal for you and your family to enjoy in the comfort of your home.

Jennel has been a private chef for 14 years and has received formal culinary training at the acclaimed
Institute of Culinary Education in New York City receiving diplomas in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management, studying under award-winning chefs and instructors from across the United States. She has also studied privately with acclaimed chefs in Thailand, Greece, Spain and Mexico and has worked in top restaurants in NYC, Washington D.C. and Antigua, West Indies. Jennel brings these experiences, along with many years in floating galleys, onto your private yacht, vacation villa, or home, creating a five-star dining experience. Whether it is evening hors d’oeuvres for 100, a formal dinner for 30, a business luncheon, bridal shower, family supper, intimate dinner for two, or whatever your fancy, Jennel will make sure that you have the ultimate dining savior-faire.
